You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the site’s systems or those of its providers.
- Send malicious content, spam or false information through the forms.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, for example through automated attacks.
Site information
The content of this site is for general information. It is not technical, legal or security advice for a specific case, nor a binding commercial offer. Each service is defined in a specific quote or proposal.
We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.
Quotes and services
Unless a proposal says otherwise:
- Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days.
- Prices in Costa Rican colones exclude VAT (IVA). Services quoted in US dollars are invoiced at the day’s selling exchange rate.
- Parts, materials, licences and hardware are not included and are quoted separately.
- On-site visits have a one-hour minimum charge, and travel outside the metropolitan area is charged separately.
- Monthly plans are invoiced in advance.
- When we handle a hardware purchase, the invoice is issued in the client’s name and the store or manufacturer provides the warranty.
The specific conditions of each service, such as scope, timelines and responsibilities, are agreed in writing before work starts.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and other elements of this site belong to IQ Solutions or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are cited only to describe technologies we work with, without implying partnership or sponsorship.
Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp or scheduling tools. We don’t control their content or privacy policies and are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IQ Solutions is not liable for damages arising from the use of information on this site or from being unable to access it. Our liability for contracted services is governed by what is agreed in each proposal or contract.
Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date.
