Tidy up before replacing
Often the problem isn’t the server itself but years of undocumented changes. We start with an audit: which roles it runs, who has access to what, and whether backups can be restored. Then we decide together whether to fix, replace or move to the cloud.

We use PowerShell to automate repetitive admin tasks, such as creating users, reviewing permissions or generating reports, so they are consistent and don’t depend on anyone’s memory.
