Cloud, Microsoft 365 and networks

Networks and network architecture

Almost everything depends on the network: email, calls, cameras and your invoicing system. We design stable, secure networks and fix the ones that have become slow or unpredictable over time.

What is included

  • Network architecture design

A network plan, addressing, segments and the right equipment for your size and growth.

  • Router and firewall

Rules configuration, VPN for remote work and traffic filtering.

  • Business Wi-Fi

Access points with planned coverage and a separate guest network.

  • Managed switches and VLANs

Traffic separated between office devices, cameras, phones and guests.

  • Troubleshooting and optimisation

We find the cause of slowness or drops: interference, cabling, configuration or ISP.

  • Documentation

Passwords, addresses and diagrams handed to your company, not kept in a technician’s head.

Problems we solve

  • Wi-Fi drops several times a day or doesn’t reach some rooms.
  • Guests connect to the same network as company devices.
  • Nobody knows the router password or how the network is set up.
  • Slow internet even though the plan is fast.

How we work

  1. Survey

We review the space, current equipment and how your team uses the network.

  2. Design

We propose the architecture, equipment and cabling needed.

  3. Install

We install and configure with minimal impact on operations.

  4. Hand-over

We test coverage and speed and hand over the documentation.

In detail

A planned network, not an improvised one

Many office networks grow by adding a router here and a repeater there. It works until it doesn’t. We design the whole network with separate segments, planned coverage and suitable equipment, so growing doesn’t mean starting over.

Connectivity troubleshooting experience

We have resolved escalated connectivity incidents across Wi-Fi, endpoints and VoIP phones. We troubleshoot layer by layer, from the physical cable to the configuration, until we find the real cause.

Tools we work with

  • Cisco Meraki
  • Firewalls
  • Managed switches
  • VLANs
  • DHCP and DNS
  • VPN

Tools we know first-hand. They do not represent partnerships or company certifications.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with the network equipment we already have?

Yes, as long as it is in good condition and still receives updates. We only recommend replacing it when it limits stability or security.

What is a VLAN and why would I need one?

It is a way to split one physical network into several separate networks. It means, for example, that guests or cameras can’t see company computers.

  • Servers

Deployment and upkeep of Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP and file servers, with monitoring.

  • Security cameras

Camera installation, DVR or NVR setup, secure remote viewing and ongoing maintenance.
